St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church
Charles Henson
Junior Warden
Charles Henson serves as Junior Warden, which in a small parish means he is one of the people who keeps things running so that everyone else can worship without a second thought. It is quiet, faithful work, and it suits him.
For more than twenty years, Charles has made a career of keeping complicated things working. He leads data and mobility networks at C Spire, and before that spent a decade at Cisco in business and solutions architecture, with earlier years at Regions Financial and in technology consulting. He began his working life as a sailor, serving in the United States Navy. Across all of it, the through-line has been the same: steady hands on the systems other people depend on, often without ever noticing.
He brings that same instinct to St. Andrew’s. A church, like any living thing, asks for steady attention, and Charles is glad to give it, so that the doors stay open and the lights stay on for whoever walks in next.
